The Co-op provides many opportunities for songwriters to make their music heard.
- Sponsored stages at festivals and other events
- Songwriters circle
- Two radio programs: Licks and Lyrics on WCOM 103.5 in Carrboro and Pass the Hat on WHUP in Hillsborough
These are just a few of the ways songwriters can connect with the community and network with other artists. We encourage our members to participate in all the opportunities the Co-op has to offer.
In addition to NCSC-sponsored opportunities, local open mics provide another great way to expose your songs to new audiences and improve your performance skills.
